NetHeaven, based in Saratoga Springs, NY is the oldest provider of Internet services in our local area. Beginning as a dialup provider in July, 1994 we provided internet connection, mostly by dialup, until April 2007. With the decline of dialup, we transitioned to being a provider of email, web hosting, and specialized technical services such as static IP service to users anywhere via network tunnels.

NetHeaven opened in July, 1994, in the village of Ballston Spa, Saratoga County, NY, with dialup service from Albany/Rennselaer through Saratoga Springs and Schuylerville. We expanded to Glens Falls in June, 1995, to North Creek and Lake Placid in January, 1996, to Plattsburgh in September 1997, to Amsterdam in December 1997, to Greenwich in January 1998, and to Bolton Landing in April 1998. We also had service in Blue Mountain Lake from October 1996 through the end of 1998 and in Cobleskill from the end of 1997 through the middle of 2001.
In mid 1997 we moved our base to Saratoga Springs and began offering ISDN service, initially in Glens Falls and Saratoga and before long everywhere on our network except North Creek, where ISDN telephone service is not available. In 1998 we began offering internet connection via frame relay, and in 1999 we began offering internet connection via DSL on leased (BANA) circuits in Saratoga Springs.
In 2000 due to a lack of economical options for providing broadband we stopped expanding and began slowly converting from an access provider to a provider of email, web hosting, and specialized technical services. In April of 2007, we ceased providing dialup at all.
